New Zealand Link Travel Ltd (formerly New Zealand Link Education and Travel Services Ltd) commenced operating as a New Zealand education consultant for Latin American students in 2003.  In 2004 the company established itself as a New Zealand inbound tour operator, targeting the Latin American, European, Scandinavian, US and Canadian markets. In 2005 expands its services to include Australia and Fiji & Cook Islands and produced its first comprehensive agent tariff. Today, New Zealand Link Travel is a one stop shop for all your travel needs in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Cook Islands or French Polynesia. 
  

Purpose and philosophy:
Tourism: To provide a highly personalised customer service, organising travel itineraries taking into consideration the nationality of the customer, to ensure that what they see in New Zealand is different from their own country. New Zealand has a wide range of attractions and activities as well as accommodation types. This make sometimes difficult for tourists to choose the most enjoyable experience. That's why we make our best to get to know the customers likes and dislikes before booking into a specific itinerary or activity.  Customer satisfaction is paramount. 


We want the customer to be aware of the unique opportunities that New Zealand has to offer and we ensure that your stay in this country is as successful and enjoyable as it can be.  

Indira Schneider, Chilean, lived in South America until 2002.  She worked in the travel industry for over 10 years in Uruguay. She was Sales and Operation Manager in the Travel For Education Division at Jetmar Viajes in Montevideo, and as Incoming Tourism Manager in the same company, for a period of 8 years, during which she had the opportunity to travel abroad and visit 15 countries.  She also worked in Uruguay, in the position of  Commercial Manager at Australtours International, wholesaler tour operator specialised in the Pacific region . While working there, she organised several trips for groups of elder tourists to New Zealand and Australia, and also travelled as a tour  conductor five times, in 2001 & 2002.   She loved New Zealand from the first visit and after  holidays in the North Island, she moved to New Zealand at the end of 2002 and graduated with a Diploma in Marketing at the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology in June 2005.   In January 2004,  she gave birth to a lovely daughter, Megan Lucia Jorgensen and in March 2006 her second daughter, Karen Sophia Jorgensen.  She is responsible for the sales and marketing of the company and the day to day operation of the business.
